The Moments of Truth in a Cruisin’ Practice.

Uncategorized

Let’s take a closer look at the details of the Moments of Truth in a Cruisin’ practice, based on the FlowModel shared in the post on 7-9-19.

We begin with the Initial Awareness of your practice and that first contact.
Now the new patient arrives at the practice for their first visit. (The steps in green are the steps that are and can be conducted at the point of care.

Next we move to the consultation and presentation of a CarePlan.

Once a CarePlan is agreed upon a financial agreement is completed.

Next, the active phase of care proceeds to fulfill the plan.

At the completion of each appointment, if the patient has prepaid for the plan, you can make the next appointment at the point of care.  If they have elected to pay at each appointment, the transaction can also be made at the point of care.

When the active careplan is complete, a post plan consultation can occur and the patient can be scheduled for priority re-care.

So there you have it, a process to reorganize and simplify your care process.  This is made possible with well-designed information technology which we will discuss next.
