It is with those primary outcomes in mind that we developed the service "Cruisin'"

Our commitment is to optimize results through enhancing the health and well-being of the CareTeam in their working environment.

To achieve these outcomes for our clients we have created our Cruisin’ Ergonomic Coaching Process.  The process is delivered in a two phase process beginning with a focus on the fundamentals of proper ergonomics.  Next, we optimize performance of the CareTeam through the building blocks of simplification, organization and utilization.

In both phases we thoroughly analyze your actual working posture, environment and process through careful study of photo and video documentation.

Cruisin’ 101 - Healthy Fundamentals

Desired Outcomes: Addresses the Improved Health and Reduced Stress outcomes through the following process.

Assessment

  • Interview with Dentist and CareTeam to gain preliminary information on specific needs and concerns through self assessment tools.
  • Ergonomic assessment of the CareTeam in action – using photos and video of office routines

Action Plan

  • Findings Report of ergonomic assessment of Dentist and CareTeam.
  • Recommended changes in positioning and suggestions for equipment will be provided as needed.

Implementation

  • Self-paced instructional modules in fundamental ergonomics will be provided to CareTeam members.
  • Optional in-office H.O.W. (hands on workshop)
  • Follow up coaching as needed

Cruisin’ 201 - @ the Speed of Excellence

After establishing the fundamentals and achieving the outcomes in Cruisin’ 101 we turn our focus to our next step.

Desired Outcomes: Addresses the Increased Productivity outcome through the following process.

Assessment

  • Establish a benchmark for productivity through our How Much Is Enough? When? process.
  • Evaluation of the performance of the CareTeam in action – using photos and video of office routines

Action Plan

Findings Report of these key elements:

  • The Effectiveness of Process (CareFlow)
  • The Efficiency of Time
  • The Economy of Motion
  • Utilization/Delegation
  • Recommended changes in these key elements will be provided as needed.

Implementation

  • Self-paced instructional modules will be provided to CareTeam members.
  • Optional in-office H.O.W. (hands on workshop)
  • Follow up coaching as needed – suggested at 2-4 month interval
